This site is created to share some interactive educational resources for business analytics. These resources were first designed for flipping MGS3100 Business Analysis, an undergraduate analytical course for junior students at Georgia State University. Being able to interact with the videos through navigating, questions and feedback, students were much more engaged than they were with traditional videos. The structured questions and feedbacks significantly reduced the variability in individual student’s learning outcome and ensured the educational integrity of the program. These in turn translated into almost 10% improvement in average academic performance.
Realizing the potential of these interactive contents, I further developed modules for MBA8040 Data-Driven Decision Making, a graduate analytical core. Similar results were achieved among MBA students.
