About Interactive videos

Interactive videos are educational videos that students can interact with. These interactions are beyond the basic play/stop control, and include inputting, selecting and receiving feedback.

The interactive contents on this site are categorized into two types:

Content deliverySoftware implementation
The first types of contents are designed to deliver new topics to students. Users will be asked to interact with the contents with simple actions such as typing and clicking. Verbal and visual feedbacks will be provided based on the user inputs.The second type of contents focuses on developing software skills to implement analytical procedures such as linear and logistic regression, Monte Carlo simulation, trend and seasonal forecasting. Two types of software are introduced, Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS. Students can practice the procedures in an error-free environment by clicking and typing.
